How does membership billing work?
You are billed per visit at your locked member rate. There are no monthly subscription fees — you simply pay when we service your vehicle.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, cancel anytime with reasonable advance notice before your next scheduled visit. No cancellation fees.
What services are included in each visit?
Each visit covers a full exterior wash and detail, interior vacuum and wipe-down, window cleaning, and tire and wheel care. Service level can be customized at signup.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Not necessarily — as long as we can access your vehicle and reach you by phone.
Can I change my plan cadence after signing up?
Yes. If you want to switch from monthly to bi-monthly or vice versa, just reach out and we'll update your schedule.
Does membership pricing apply to trucks and SUVs?
Trucks and larger SUVs are priced slightly higher due to time and product. Contact us for a custom membership quote.
